Red Roof Inn & Suites Cave City

The room itself was very clean, great quality sheets and towels. The location was also very nice and was surrounded by lots of food options within walking distance. With other hotel options all around, the property was not very busy which made our stay quiet, which we appreciated.

My room was perfect! It was very modern and everything looked and worked like new. Unlike most hotels/motels, it was even decorated in pleasant colors - dark red, tan, & black. (I can’t stand those gold & orange colors they use in most places!) The shower, sink, & toilet had excellent water pressure, and there was plenty of hot water. The curtains opened & closed smoothly , hung straight. The heater/air conditioner worked well. The only downside was that there was no option for “fan only” - if the fan is on, so is either heat or AC. (It didn’t matter this visit, though, since it was in the middle of winter.) The staff were all cheerful and friendly. It’s location is perfect- - about halfway between home & my destination, and right across the street from the Long John Silvers where we always stop to eat.

I stayed at some Red Roof Inns several years ago and they were bad. Trust me, this one is an exception. It was very clean, quiet and personnel were very nice and helpful. No breakfast, but I didn't care. It even had several lights to turn on in the room unlike most motels .

Friendly staff. Remodeled rooms. Comfy bed.

They allowed me to have my kitty ( I have PTSD she is my savior). I was solely impressed with the bathroom alone. To me a clean new bathroom is important & they definitely delivered.
